  Ordered food and they sent me the wrong thing so I tired to call them for 20 minutes but the phone was off the hook. Got menulog to contact them directly and they agreed to send a replacement. Except they didn't. They sent a driver out to collect the wrong order to confirm that it was actually wrong (it was). They then went back to the store so the manager could confirm it was wrong (it was). They then called me to tell me I would have to wait for them to remake it and deliver it to me. By this time it's 2.5 hours after I ordered and well past my bedtime so I asked for a refund. Apparently they don't deal with that.

  Great food, but beware: the manager does not honour EatNow discounts. When you reach your '11th free' order, he'll cancel it and tell you to take up the issue with the EatNow staff.

  generally it is hard to go wrong with Turkish food but this restaurant does it better then any other. not to mention the careless customer service
