  Good facilities with separate dog/cat entries and waiting areas. Friendly and caring professionals, very sensitive to the feelings of owners taking their best friend their for the last time.

  We can't recommend Kippax highly enough. We were in a pretty bad situation with a pup we rescued who got quite sick a few weeks after getting her. Turned out she had parvo. The staff at Kippax were the only vet in Canberra who were willing to take her. They didn't just take her, but went out of their way to show her love. The head nurse even sent us a text message with a photo of Ella being cuddled whilst in isolation. We STRONGLY believe that she is alive because of the love, care and attention the team at Kippax showed her. They are beautiful people who genuinely love animals and aren't bitter from years of heartbreaking situations regarding peoples fury family members. Thank you guys. Our little Ella is alive and thriving and has developed a taste for couches and dining tables :)

  Really beautiful staff that are always so warm and friendly. They genuinely care about you and your pet. I couldn't have asked for any better care or treatment when my cat had an extended stay for treatment for his thyroid and they always kept me updated regularly with a phone call to let me know how he was going. Thank you again :)

  When I first came to Kippax, they said my dog needed surgery on both knees. I was shocked and took him to my original vet in Weston Creek because they hadn't said anything about his knees at his recent check up. They confirmed that he needed the surgery and that they had missed this. So I took him back to Kippax for the surgery. They aren't cheap but are very thorough and professional. Since then they have saved his life when he almost died of pancreatitis.
